How to Cancel Your Order

  • Wait for our confirmation and instructions. We will reply to your email within 24 hours and let you know if we can cancel your order and issue a refund. Depending on the status of your order, there are two possible scenarios:
    • If your order has not been dispatched yet: We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your cancellation and refund. The funds should be available in your account within 24-48 hours.
    • If your order has been dispatched already: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept order cancellations after dispatch. This is because we have already paid for the items and shipping, and our staff have already packed and sent the goods out. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. You should have received a tracking number and a link to the shipping company’s website in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this information to track your order’s location and status during transit.
